O'Boyle, Cowell, Blalock & Associates, Inc. (OCBA) is a landscape architecture and land planning firm.  We are a Michigan corporation that was founded in 1964.  Site sensitivity is our primary focus, and our office incorporates sustainable site design principles throughout all of our work.  Because the majority of our projects are designed for public use, our approach takes both the site and the users into consideration, and finds the proper balance between them. 

Our staff consists of fifteen highly skilled personnel; ten registered landscape architects, one designer with a degree in landscape architecture, and four members providing technical, financial and secretarial support.    In addition, several members of the OCBA staff maintain credentials as Certified Playground Safety Inspector, LEED Accredited Professional, and Storm Water Management Operator.
