Landscape Architecture 

OCBA approaches design and planning as a participatory process.  We believe establishing a strong design team and working collaboratively with our clients is critically important to the success of each project.  We can quickly develop design ideas and communicate them graphically so that our clients can clearly understand the potential impact of proposed solutions.

OCBA also commonly collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop design solutions that integrate architectures, infrastructure and the site.  We have built our reputation on our ability to design creative buildable projects that are successfully implemented.  We are also very proud of the fact that the majority of our work comes from repeat clients or references from them.
