OCBA was retained by the Kalamazoo County Land Bank to provide master planning through construction administration services for site design of the Eastside Gateway Project.

OCBA was retained by the Kalamazoo County Land Bank to provide master planning through construction administration services for site design of the Eastside Gateway Project. The project arose through a community visioning process with the Eastside Neighborhood Association and other stakeholders to create a unique sense of place. Seven single-family homes on a steeply sloped site and a community pocket park with a labyrinth, art, and native plantings provide a visible and welcoming entryway into the East Side.
