O’Boyle, Cowell, Blalock & Associates, Inc. (OCBA) was invited to team up with Byce Consulting Engineers and Glas Associates Construction to design and construct a neighborhood of affordable apartments for those 55 years of age or older. Ground-level duplex-style homes offer covered front porches, and one-car attached garages. The complex includes a covered pavilion for activities and an exercise room. 

The site is designed to manage storm water run-off in a central basin surrounded by a walking path loop and native prairie plantings that offer year-round color and texture with minimal maintenance requirements.
